the location was convenient enough. i could easily reach transport links (it was acceptable for my needs).

the breakfast was quite disappointing. i expected more than plastic-wrapped croissants (it felt a bit cheap). also, the communication wasn't great. i requested a ground floor room after my surgery (and i needed it!) but it wasn't delivered because the message wasn't seen, tough for me with my hip.

The message requesting a ground floor room never arrived. i had to climb about eighteen stairs after hip surgery. It caused me great pain. i was not happy about this.

The location was convenient, a fifteen minute walk to the center. The staff ordered a taxi for me early in the morning. The room was large enough and included a private bathroom. Coffee, tea, and biscuits were available in the room (very appreciated).

The hostess was very cute. She explained everything clearly. The room was clean and tidy! The continental breakfast included a great variety of items. I really appreciated the attention to detail throughout the hotel.

I found communication slightly slow. Though the stay was excellent overall.
