poor communication plastic croissant

the location was convenient enough. i could easily reach transport links (it was acceptable for my needs).

the breakfast was quite disappointing. i expected more than plastic-wrapped croissants (it felt a bit cheap). also, the communication wasn't great. i requested a ground floor room after my surgery (and i needed it!) but it wasn't delivered because the message wasn't seen, tough for me with my hip.

attentive service thoughtful gesture missing message stair climbing

monica was very attentive. she showed concern when she learned of my gluten intolerance. she bought gluten-free bread and cereal, i found it a thoughtful gesture.

The message requesting a ground floor room never arrived. i had to climb about eighteen stairs after hip surgery. It caused me great pain. i was not happy about this.

the breakfast had ample choices. parking was available at the premises. i appreciated the ground floor room, it suited my needs. it was close enough to walk, though a bus stop was very near.

the pillows were quite firm.

clean room tidy room great breakfast

The hostess was very cute. She explained everything clearly. The room was clean and tidy! The continental breakfast included a great variety of items. I really appreciated the attention to detail throughout the hotel.

I found communication slightly slow. Though the stay was excellent overall.

Monica was a hospitable host. She helped me find a taxi. The single bed was very comfortable. The entire guest house was quite clean.

Communication was not ideal. I sent a message requesting a ground floor room. My message was apparently not delivered. I had to climb stairs, difficult.

the location is near a bus stop. the walk to the centre takes only about 20 minutes (i timed it).
